Euriqa is a product of Exceev Consulting and Exceev Technology ("Exceev," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Euriqa platform, including our websites, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Euriqa provides a test automation platform for software development teams, including intelligent reporting, test orchestration, AI-powered debugging and maintenance, artifact management, and expert SDET services. The Services include, but are not limited to, test result aggregation, flakiness detection, CI/CD integration, orchestration, and AI-powered analytics.
To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and documentation, are owned by Exceev and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Services except for the limited right to use them in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Services ("Your Data"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Data solely to provide and improve the Services. We will handle Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Certain features of the Services may require payment. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend access to the Services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exceev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, and we may delete Your Data in accordance with our data retention policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
